Sheila has over 20 years of experience working with buyer and sellers and advising them on deal structure and strategy. Sheila also prides herself on connecting clients with many resources in the business community, including investment bankers, capital resources, and banking resources.   Sheila is a well-respected legal and entrepreneurial presence in the business community.

Sheila received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, and her Masters in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. She is also the Founder and Managing Partner at Seck & Associates, LLC.  She is a member of the Kansas and Missouri State Bar Association and admitted to practice law in both states.

Sheila is involved in working with business owners through her work with Launch KC, the Reginer Business Challenge, and Women’s Capital Connection.
