    Given the parameters developed in our Strategic Evaluation, we get to know you, and your business operations and financials in depth. From this information, we prepare marketing materials including a confidential information memorandum. 

  • Due Diligence
    We work with you to compile due diligence on the business information that buyers want to see. In addition to compiling your company’s due diligence, we perform due diligence on potential buyers to verify the buyer is committed to legal confidentiality in the review of any private or proprietary information and has the financial capability to move forward.

  • Negotiation and Deal Structure
    Once we bring you interested buyers, we draft various deal structure scenarios that meet the criteria established with us in the Strategic Evaluation. We have significant experience in working with buyers to find creative and effective ways to capitalize on the competitive nature of the negotiations and structure a transaction favorable to you.

  • Closing
    We will work with you to facilitate the transaction and keep the deal moving through to closing.
