Seck Advisor Group Referral Incentive Program

Purpose of Referral Incentive Program.

The Seck Advisor Group Referral Incentive Program (the “Program”) rewards anyone who refers a business owner that engages Seck Advisor Group (“SAG”) to successfully sell their company. SAG places great importance and appreciation on referrals because we trust that our peers, clients, and business associates know the standard and quality of businesses that SAG would like to work with. We would like to provide a benefit to those who take the time and thought to refer clients to us.

 Scope of Program.

 Any person who refers a business owner that engages SAG to assist them with selling their company (the “Company”) will  receive a referral fee (the “Referral Fee”), as long as the representation concludes with a sale of the Company.

Fee Amount.

The Referral Fee will be 10% of SAG’s “Success Fee” as defined in the Company’s Engagement Letter with SAG. The “Success Fee” is a percentage of proceeds from the purchase price that SAG receives at the conclusion of the representation for professional services rendered.

Payment of Referral Fee.

The Referral Fee will be paid to the referring party within 30 days following payment in full by the Company to SAG.  The Referral Fee will be paid in the form of a check. The referring party will be responsible for reporting said income and payment of any taxes or applicable withholdings.

Criteria for Referring Party.

Anyone not employed by Seck & Associates LLC or Seck Advisor Group LCC is a candidate for this Program.  The referring party must agree to have his/her/their name used for the introduction.

Criteria for the Referred Company.

The referred Company cannot be an existing client of Seck Associates LLC or Seck Advisor Group LLC. Existing client is defined as having engaged Seck Associates LLC or Seck Advisor Group LLC within three years from the date of the referral.

No Obligation to Engage the Company.

SAG has no obligation to engage the referred Company. To improve the chances of a successful engagement, the Company should operate within a standard industry and have an annual recurring revenue of at least $2 million.  

How to Refer a Company.

To refer a Company please fill out the Referral Form on the SAG website at or you can email Sheila Seck at sseck@seckadvisor.com with the name of the Company, the name of the business owner of the Company, and the email and phone number of that business owner.

Additional Terms on the Program.

There is no cap on the number of referrals a person can make or on the amount of Referral Fees earned.

If two or more persons refer the same Company, only the first referrer will receive the Referral Fee. Timing of referral will be determined by the date and time of the email received by Sheila Seck providing that referral.

SAG may change or terminate the Program at any time. Persons who have referred a Company before the Program changes or is terminated will receive the Referral Fee under the terms of the Program in place at the time the Company signed the Engagement Letter.

Seck Advisor Group is not a law firm. Participation in this program does not constitute the sharing of legal fees.
